MBF Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of MBF.

What MBF is

MBF is a personal-finance tracking, planning and educational decision-support tool. It is not a bank, lender, broker, accountant, tax adviser, legal adviser or regulated financial-advice service.

Your information

You are responsible for entering accurate information and for checking important figures against your bank, lender or other authoritative source. Projections, payoff dates, affordability classifications and AI explanations are estimates based on the information available to MBF and may not reflect fees, taxes, lender conventions or future events.

AI

The AI assistant explains MBF-calculated context and may make mistakes. Do not treat an AI response as a guarantee or as professional financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Account security

Keep your account credentials and device secure. Quick PIN and biometric features are convenience controls for an already authenticated device session and do not replace your MBF account password.

Availability and changes

We may update features, security controls, providers or supported app versions to maintain reliability and security. Some features require internet access or third-party services.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user's information, abuse rate limits, disrupt the service, or use MBF for unlawful activity.

Ending use

You can stop using MBF at any time and may delete your account using the in-app account-deletion flow.
